OFFICIAL RULES
Participation in this giveaway is governed by the official rules posted at the FIVE x 5, Barrel Scout, and Amber + Oak booths or online. The winner will be notified at the email provided on their form entries by 5:00pm PST on 8/29/2025.
ELIGIBILITY
Participants must be the owner or employee of an active DSP (Distilled Spirits Plant) and must meet all eligibility requirements specified in the official rules.
NO PURCHASE NECESSSARY
A purchase is not required to enter or win a prize.
HOW TO ENTER
Eligible participants must visit all three booths (FIVE x 5 #1321, Barrel Scout #420, and Amber + Oak #1031) during expo hall hours and complete the entry forms accessed via QR codes at each booth. All three forms must be completed with accurate and valid information by 2:00pm CST on 8/26/2025 for the entry to qualify.

Any personal information collected by FIVE x 5 on behalf of Amber + Oak at the Amber + Oak booth will be shared with Amber + Oak and handled in accordance with their privacy policy.
Any personal information collected by FIVE x 5 on behalf of Barrel Scout at the Barrel Scout booth will be shared first with Barrel Scout, then handled in accordance with their privacy policy.
